The village of Torgon is a calm and family orientated resort, situated at 1'100 meters of altitude. Nicknamed the first Porte du Soleil, it is 1h30 from Geneva and only 45 minutes from Lausanne, making it the perfect destination for a day out or a weekend away.

The resort is the Swiss gateway to the Portes du Soleil ski area. The Franco-Swiss ski area extends over the Chablais and Valaisan Alps.

Two countries, two currencies, two mentalities, the same language with differing melodious accents and more importantly so, the same love for mountains. You can easily begin your day in France and finish in Switzerland or vice versa.

With the Portes du Soleil pass, the first international ski pass created in 1976, all the slopes are accessible. The Portes du Soleil invented skiing without borders !
