Torgon - at nature's doorstep
The village of Torgon is a calm and family orientated resort, situated at 1085 meters of altitude. The first Porte du Soleil, the resort’s nickname, is located at 1h50 of Geneva and only 50 minutes from Lausanne. It’s proximity makes it easy the perfect destination for a day’s outting or a week-end.
The resort is the Swiss gateway to the Portes du Soleil ski area. The Franco-Swiss ski area extends over the Chablais and Valaisan Alps.
Beyond the mountains, the forests and the mountain pastures, you will discover an untamed nature, beautiful landscapes, a generous fauna and flora and perhaps, you might even have the chance to meet the emblem of our resort : the mouflon.
