Presentation

The Portes du Soleil skiing area is one of the largest in the world, with a total of 12 resorts, 8 of which are situated in France and the remaining 4 in Switzerland. Located in the heart of the Alps between Lake Geneva and the Mont Blanc, the Portes du Soleil resorts enjoy an average snow coverage of 7.83m per year: paradise for all skiers, from beginners to the more experienced.

2020/2021 winter season opening

The Portes du Soleil skiing area, with direct connections to Châtel and La Chapelle,  opens on 19 December 2020* and the lifts from Torgon are scheduled to close on 28 March 2021.

The sales office at Plan de Croix will open on 19 December 2020*
